when krozby was born i knew that i wanted to have him blessed in arizona.
almost all of my family lives there and more importantly my dad and all of his brothers would be able to be apart of the blessing.
luckily branden agreed that doing it there would be a good idea, so we did!
we packed up our stuff and flew out of SLC thursday night...
after a day full of driving and flying our little man was tired!
he did so good on the plane!
our flight was really empty and he even had his own seat haha
btw-- walking out of the airport in arizona, in february, at night, and the weather being perfect... i wasn't even mad about it.
branden and i did some shopping on friday and bought krozby 3 new pairs of the cutest shoes ever!!
are you dying over how cute those moccs are???
and i can't even wait until he fits in the vans!
p.s. we went to the mall and they had a carter's store... pretty sure i could have spent a billion dollar in there... self-control!
friday night one of my best friends growing up, his sweet wife, and their darling little boy came to hang out (and so we could meet each others babes!)
i was due december 12th and sara was due december 13th
and our babies ended up being born 5 days apart.
so fun!!
ryder and krozby were destined to be best friends from the start!!
if we only lived closer, they totally would be! i know it!
they will just have to be best buds from afar ;)
seriously!! how cute are these little bubbas?!
one of the many things we love about the AZ is the shopping & the food.
we ate at burrito express (my mouth is watering thinking about it), chick-fil-a (twice, because it's my fave), and logan's roadhouse.
there is a ton of other places down there we wanted to eat but you can only eat so many places in so many days... unfortunately!
we went shopping a few times... and besides buying krozby some new kicks i bought some for myself, too!
vans shirt, converse shoes... haha
(and you know branden couldn't leave without a new pair of vans!)
the man is obsessed, i tell ya!
sunday was krozby's blessing day
my dad gave him a beautiful blessing and we are so grateful for all of these men that stood in his circle. love them!
we are so thankful to everyone who was able to be at the blessing.
especially my family who had to make the dreaded 13 hour drive!!
we really appreciate it!!
to add to the jam packed weekend we already had, we had family pictures sunday night!
we won't get the pictures back for a while, but here are a few behind the scenes pics taken from our cell phones...
(clearly he was over it at this point!)
seriously can't wait to get these back!
------------------------------------------------------------------
we had such a fun trip. it was too short, like always, but we loved getting to spend time with everyone!!
p.s.
i used my solly baby wrap at the airport and loved it.
p.p.s. how cute are those pouty lips up there?!
swooooon
