This weekend....

This weekend was jam packed.

And it was hot.

I loved it.

Friday night we had a BBQ/bon fire at my moms house.

Hot dogs are one of my favorite foods & s'mores are one of my favorite desserts. So basically I was in food heaven.

Last week Jess and I found a garage sale and bought some old junk (and did some dumpster diving). We have this idea that we are gonna be crafty and what not ;). But really we got it all for a steal of a deal, especially the stuff in the dumpster that was free! ha. 

So anyway, we took a trip to the DI to find some chairs to go with a table we found at the garage sale. It just so happens that we found 4 chairs that worked perfectly. Score. They are gonna be so cute when they are done.

We had family pictures taken this weekend...

Poor Branden hates getting pictures done and in my family we do family pics all the time. 

(not to mention I make him take pics with me a lot too)

Since it was dang hot outside this weekend I went swimming with Jess and Crue.

Really, Jessica has the cutest baby alive.

Random Ramblings for a Friday

We will be in the Arizona heat in exactly 3 weeks. 

I seriously love that place. 

We have some new bushes in front of our house-- Thanks to my weed pulling, gardening lovin friend Jessica!

Aren't they so cute? 

I love home improvements.

Speaking of home improvements... We have the most hideous shade of orange carpet in our living room. 

Branden promised me that stuff would be gone sometime this summer. And you better believe I am holding him to it.

Hopefully sooner than later. 

Bath & Body Works had their Semi Annual sale this week. 

I just really love anything vanilla. And I dunno if you can tell from the pic but I got the cutest soap holder things. To die. 

I went swimming for the first time this summer.

It was lovely. I wish I lived somewhere that was warm all year round. 

Today is June 15th and it's 64 degrees and cloudy.

I want me some summer!

Can I just say again how much I love Sean.

I love Sean. Like whoa. 

and finally she got rid of Kalen.

Hallelujah.

Junk food junkie

Last night we took a little trip to the candy section at Winco. 

I have a thing for gummy candy. 

I love gummy bears, gummy worms, sour patch kids, swedish fish, peach rings, you name it! 

Besides candy... You can never go wrong with the legendary 

Cookie Zookie from Wingers

And yes I had one of those too :)

Our weekend= Softball. All day and night.

This weekend Branden had a softball tournament. 

We were at the field all weekend. 

Branden played on 4 different teams. 

This man is crazy.

He ended up playing around 18 games!

His coed team ended up winning the championship game!

Way to go team!!

Home run!

And seeing as this was a beer league softball tourney there were people passed out drunk all over the place. 

They're probably feelin it today. ha.

I've got a sunburned nose and some fun tan lines after being out in the sun all weekend. But the best tan line goes to Brando...

(don't mind that nasty cig in the grass. don't worry he wasn't smokin it :))

One of the best parts of softball season is the hot dogs.

I'm not lying. I love those things.
