love story part 1

i'm attempting to rewrite the love story portion of this blog. 

right now it's just blah and not exciting and let's be honest, i left out lots of fun stuff. 

so bear with me while i attempt to update it! 

for now here is part 1--

it all started back in 2005, my sophomore year of high school. i didn’t have a boyfriend and at this point i hadn’t even had my first kiss. to be honest i was pretty naive for a 15 year old. well that was all until i met tim. 

my best friend hailee was dating one of his best friends, lee. one night hailee and i went with tim and lee to arctic circle and that is where i met branden (most people knew him as “kyfe” more than as branden, but that’s a whole other story for ya). the first time i met him, he had bruises on both sides of his face and his cheeks were a little puffy looking. he told hailee and me that he had gotten into a fight, but we should see what the other guy looked like. truth was, he had just gotten his wisdom teeth taken out :)

fast forward through a couple of weeks…. we decided that we should hook kyfe up with our friend stephanie so that we could all hang out together, 3 best friends with 3 best friends= perfecto! 

one night we all were hanging out at ammon park… (this is where things get good) basically this was like a hot spot for making out, (keep in mind i’ve never been kissed) so i am freaking out, nervous inside. well tim and i were laying under a blanket right next to kyfe and stephanie (who were already making out hahaha) and right then and there i had my first kiss, with my future husbands best friend. i can’t make these things up!

not much

that's whats been going on lately. a whole lotta notta.

one exciting thing did happen though. 

branden and i decided to say our goodbyes to t-mobile. which also meant that we have joined the rest of the world an decided to get new iphone 5's. 

i have to admit--- i am definitely team iphone! love this thing.

not to mention the camera is a billion, trillion times better than the one my old phone had! 

crue got to help me test it out haha. this kid cracks me up. just so cute. 

so basically, we have been loving our new phones. especially how we have unlimited internet-- which means facetime, anytime! 

exciting, i know.

monday morning ashley had a doctors appointment and they found out that the little man was breech. they decided the best way to go would be a c-section. 

luckily for me he decided to come on a day that i could sneak away from work to drive down and see him! i rode down with my other sister, jaylen, and right when we got to the labor and delivery floor we got to see him in the nursery with his daddy. so sweet!! 

the whole time ashley was pregnant they thought they were going to name him everett. she wouldn't ever say that was for sure his name because she wanted to see him first (good thing, because they changed their minds). it took them a while to finally announce his name (the wait was killing me!) but they decided to name him

TAYSOM WRAY KING

isn't he the cutest thing ever?! i'm so happy for my sister and brother-in-law. they will be the best parents. and they make stinkin' cute kids! 

i'm obsessed with that little face.
